　　A 个人经历类型：讲述个人成长，展现自我人格

　　例子：

　　1 Discuss an accomplishment, event, or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of yourself or others. [Revised]

　　讨论一个成就，事件或领悟启发了你的一段成长和对自我或他人新的认知

 

　　2 Describe a problem you've solved or a problem you'd like to solve. It can be an intellectual challenge, a research query, an ethical dilemma-anything that is of personal importance, no matter the scale. Explain its significance to you and what steps you took or could be taken to identify a solution.

　　Part II 写作建议

　　1 永远以自己的角度出发，去描述自己的所做所感所闻。申请者是故事的主体，要与自己相关，切忌大篇幅描述别人的事情。

　　2 要有自己的写作和文章，如风趣幽默，发人省醒，端正严谨等。

　　3 避免说教讲道理，你的读者是比你要有更多阅历的智者

　　4 避免使用诗歌等不常见文体，你的文学造诣没有那么高深的情况下，多会弄巧成拙。
