何为法系
世界上的法律主要分为两大法系，即英美法系和大陆法系。英美法系又称为普通法法系或者海洋法系，是指以英国普通法为基础发展起来的法律的总称。大陆法系中的“大陆”两字指欧洲大陆，故又有“欧陆法系”之称。
就法系而言英国属于英美法系，而我们国家的法律则是借鉴大陆法系并在此基础上逐渐形成了具有中国特色的社会主义法律体系。因此两者属于不同的法系。
英国的法律专业
