哥伦比亚大学：开设了两个相关硕士，分别是The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science下的MS in Financial Engineering，这个只有一轮，每年的1.6截止申请，需要注意的是它只接受GRE，申请者需要有概率论、微积分、线性代数基础，不需要写essay，只需要提交一个PS。
另一个项目是开设在Graduate School of Arts & Sciences 下的Master of Arts in Mathematics with specialization in the Mathematics of Finance (MAFN)，它也只有一轮，只是截止日期会晚很多，是5.12，另外GMAT/GRE都可以接受，先修课方面有：Calculus， linear algebra，elementary differential equations，probability， statistics and a programming language. If possible, an exposure to advanced calculus and mathematical analysis including measure theory is desirable，同样是只需要提交一个PS，不需要essay。
康奈尔大学：只开了一个相关硕士，是 School of Operations Research and Information Engineering下的Master of Engineering，这个截止日期很早，是12.1，而且只有这一轮。它只接受GRE，需要一个PS，不需要essay，有较多的先修课要求，具体可到官网查看。
约翰霍普金斯大学：只开了一个相关硕士，是Whiting School of Engineering下的Masters of Science in Engineering in Financial Mathematics，只有一轮，截止日期是1.15，它也只接受GRE，强烈建议进行WES认证，只需要提交一个PS，不需要essay。
芝加哥大学：只开了一个相关硕士，是Physical Sciences Division下的MS in Financial Mathematics，只有一轮，1.6截止，DDL后统一审核，rolling发录取，只接受GRE，先修课是calculus I,II and III， linear algebra，probability and statistics， and differential equations，另外强烈建议有工作经验，拥有基础电脑技能有加分，尤其是C++和MATLAB。入学后有电脑测试，不过的话要补电脑课，另外在读期间要修满200 unit电脑课，所以芝加哥大学对数学和计算机技能是尤为看重的。另外需要录视频和提交一个PS，不需要essay。
纽约大学：只开了一个相关硕士，是Tandon School of Engineering下的MS in Financial Engineering，只有一轮：2.15，所有材料必须在3.15前到齐，只接受GRE，另外成绩单和学位证都需要做清华认证，先修课方面是：Linear Algebra，Probability Theory，Calculus (Advanced)，Applied Statistics和Computer Programming。只需要提交一个PS，不需要essay。
福特汉姆大学：只开了一个相关硕士，是Gabelli School of Business下的Master of Science in Quantitative Finance，有很多轮，第二轮是1.15，然后3.15出结果，GMAT/GRE都可以接受，需要做WES认证，没有先修课要求，不需要PS，但需要两个essay。
波士顿大学：只开了一个相关硕士，是Questrom School of Business下的Master of Science in Mathematical Finance，第二轮是2.8截止然后3.17出结果，GMAT/GRE都可以接受，先修课要求Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Basic computer programming skills，不需要PS，但需要提交一个essay和进行Video Interview，有3个问题，30秒准备，60秒回答。
上面就是美国常申的金融工程硕士项目， 尤其需要注意的是GMAT/GRE以及先修课的要求，如果不能满足要求的话可以申请一些相近的专业，例如金融、分析等等都是可以的，而对于排名没有要求的同学则可以往下申请。
