【美中申请】汇总2021热门申请学校新标化要求-新东方前途出国

　　美国知名寄宿学校2022秋季开放申请，许多家长和学生已经陆续开始选校，但是因为受疫情的影响，部分标化考试被取消，加之学校申请要求各不相同，很多家长都会问：

　　“孩子托福需要达到多少分？”

　　“需要提交SSAT和维立克吗？”

　　“接受在家考托福和SSAT吗？”

　　在这个申请季，为了让各位家长和同学可以更好地了解每一所学校的招生要求，少走弯路，今天给大家整理了几所热门申请学校的新标化要求，希望可以帮助到各位家长们和同学们。

　　(一)Taft School (CT)

　　"Taft highly recommends that applicants whose primary language is not English take the TOEFL, the IELTS, or the Duolingo English Test. We also require that all applicants for 9th and 10th grade take the SSAT.11th grade and PG applicants may submit SSAT, PSAT, SAT, or ACT scores.We look for an internet-based score of 105 or higher on the TOEFL, a minimum score of 7.5 on the IELTS, and the median SSAT score for those accepted last year was the 87th percentile. Chinese students interested in applying to Taft who are unable to visit our campus to interview in person must contact Vericant, who will conduct an interview and proctor a short writing sample, which they will submit to Taft for review."

　　Taft强烈建议母语非英语的申请者提交托福、雅思、或多邻国成绩。申请9-10年申请者必须提交SSAT；11-12年级申请者可以提交SSAT，PSAT，SAT或ACT分数。托福要求105+，雅思至少达到7.5分，往年录取者SSAT均分大概87%。来自中国的学生如果不能到美国参加校园走访，需要提交维立克成绩。今年也和学校邮件确认，可接受SSAT在家考成绩。

　　（二）Kent School (CT)

　　"All applicants for whom English is not their primary language must submit a TOEFL score as a required part of the application for admission. To schedule a campus visit/interview, you must either supply an official TOEFL score of 105 or above or have completed at least 2 years in an English-speaking school. Otherwise, applicants must complete their initial interview via Vericant Global Interview."

　　所有母语非英语的申请必须提交托福成绩。如果想要预约校园走访或面试，申请者必须提交105+的托福成绩或者在教学语言为英语的学校有两年以上的学习时间；托福没有达到105分，必须提交维立克面试成绩。Kent可接受托福在家考成绩，对SSAT没有强制要求。
