JS&A 成绩单认证攻略 ——以匹兹堡为例

需要在线下载表格填写https://www.jsilny.org/pdf/foreign.pdf  

填写留学申请者信息，学生教育履历（从小学开始），以及递送申请院校名称和地址，信用卡信息。将所要认证的成绩单，学位证，毕业证（需为官方），课程描述，护照复印件，信用卡正反面复印件一齐通过DHL或者联邦快递邮寄到美国，一般需要2-3天时间就可以收到。总部设于佛罗里达州迈阿密市，是佛州御用认证机构。  

时间：一天出结果190+150=340刀，2天出结果190+100=290刀，还可5天出结果。  

费用：Course-by-Course的认证包含$140基本认证费+$40GPA Equivalent+额外美国学校$30/每所+原件返还快递费$80=$290（常规认证是10个工作日左右，加上邮寄时间2周之内差不多可以完成。一天出结果的加急费用150刀，两天出结果的加急费用是100刀。  

优点：操作简捷省时，最 快可以24小时完成认证，最慢是10个工作日。  

   

注意:   

1. 匹兹堡大学认证要求：  

https://admissions.pitt.edu/international/international-transcript-evaluation/  

2. 匹兹堡大学需要使用定制的申请表递交（Please submit records as specified on the JS&A printable credential evaluation application that is specifically designed for University of Pittsburgh applicants. ）  

具体要求如下：  

Freshman applicants  

· In the United States, a secondary school transcript covers 4 years from grades 9-12 including proof of high school graduation (diploma or certificate of completion).If secondary school in your country covers only 3 years, please be sure to also submit the 3rd year of your middle school record.  

· Services to request  

· High school course-by-course evaluation  

· Grade point average equivalent  

Transfer applicants  

   

· Transfer applicants do not need to send their secondary record (high school) to JS&A for evaluation. Do however, send your secondary transcript in the original language and a certified, literal translation of it to Pitt; and send your post-secondary (college or university) records to JS&A for evaluation.  

· Services to request  

· University course-by-course evaluation  

· University grade point average
